Cass Porter

Cass Porter is a foundation director of the consultancy. Having moved intrastate she now provides expert advice on specific project planning assignments. Her career in human resources management and industrial relations has largely been in the oil and gas and maritime industries. Whilst her employment bases have been Melbourne, Perth and Karratha, her area of responsibility has covered all of Australia and South East Asia. Shane Moretti
Consultant - General HR Services
Shane Moretti provides the consultancy with its payroll and related services. He has a strong payroll preparation and management background in the maritime, retail, wholesale and manufacturing industries. He also provides general human resources services to clients. He is experienced in several payroll packages including Attache, Spectrum Plus and Micropay. He runs payrolls based on collective agreements and individual contracts of employment. Since joining the consultancy he has supported strategic industrial relations planning through the analysis of comparative wage and salary data, preparation of comparative labour rates and the calculation of notional gang rates. Lucinda Locke

Lucinda Locke is a human resources generalist who has developed her career expertise through the mining, minerals processing and oil and gas industries. Carol Zaugg

Carol Zaugg can demonstrate a superior level of experience in the management of, and provision of expert services and advice on, all aspects of occupational health and safety in the workplace. Carol moved from an Occupational Health focus to a Safety and Health focus in the oil and gas industry where she gained extensive occupational health and safety advisory experience in the operation of the largest oil and gas processing facility in Western Australian that encompassed offshore platforms, sub sea pipeline and oil and gas processing.
From there she went on to manage the occupational health, safety and environment function in construction and public infrastructure services.
She has also provided consulting services to the mining, hydrocarbons, resources construction, airborne geophysics and exploration industries through her own consultancy and as Executive Officer for Safety and Health at the Chamber of Minerals and Energy. Tony Hurley
